Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and introduce them to Sirus products & services.
• Present the benefits of our energy-saving products to potential customers.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Follow up on enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare and submit customer quotations in a timely fashion.
• Record opportunities and contacts on our Salesforce CRM and continually update and maintain these records.
• Ensure a seamless handover of projects to Project Managers with clear communication.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Must have an understanding or some experience in BMS, automation, engineering OR electrical & instrumentation (E&I).
• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of the Building Services, HVAC and energy-efficiency industries is an advantage but not essential.

Training & Personal Growth

• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Product training will be provided.

Reports To

• Sales Manager.
