Job Description
We are seeking a creative, proactive and self-motivated Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Sirus’s products and services, drive sales, and strengthen the Sirus brand presence. This 12-month fixed term contract role is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of marketing activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Updating Sirus’s Sales, Marketing & Estimating Strategy to align with business objectives and market trends.
- Overseeing and updating Sirus’s WordPress website (sirusinternational.com), adding job opportunities, case studies, and new products/services to ensure fresh, engaging content.
- Maintaining an active and professional presence on LinkedIn, engaging with prospects and industry peers to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Organising workshops, seminars and webinars for prospects and customers.
- Creating and updating marketing collateral such as company brochures, presentations, trade show stands, mini videos and magazine advertisements using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, and Adobe InDesign.
- Developing and updating a library of case studies, templates, and standard tender documents to support business development and streamline proposal processes.
- Assisting with tender returns including HVAC, BMS and PPM contracts for commercial, educational, pharmaceutical and data centre bids, ensuring consistency in structure of submittals, content, and alignment with Sirus’s brand guidelines.
- Planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting on Google Ads and LinkedIn Sponsored Content campaigns.
- Ensuring that the Sirus brand’s voice, image, and messaging are consistent across all platforms and that marketing materials reflect the company’s values and appeal to the target audience.
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Third Level Qualification in Marketing or equivalent.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing executive role, preferably within the HVAC, construction, or BMS sectors.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong vision for brand development and growth in competitive markets.
- Ability to develop compelling content and marketing materials that engage the target audience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
- Familiarity with digital tools, including WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn and Salesforce.
Training & Personal Growth

Remuneration & Conditions
- 12-month fixed term contract.
- Preferably located in Dublin.
- Company laptop provided.
