Service Desk Administrator
This Temporary Service Desk Administrator role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, confident, adaptable team worker to join our Dublin team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and updating jobs on our CRM system.
- Generating and issuing POs.
- Support and Liaising with Service Engineers.
- General Service Desk responsibilities include mailbox and phones, operation department and customer queries.
- Reporting to the service desk manager daily.
- General administrative duties.
Skillset
- Maintaining clear and excellent customer service skills at all times.
- Problem-solving and good decision making is an essential part of this role.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Attention to detail and processes, and strong analytical capabilities.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- The successful candidate must have fluent English with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have a very good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with Sage50 is a plus, but not essential.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role (a busy service desk facilities management environment).
Renumeration & Conditions
- Salary will be dependent on experience.

Based in our Dublin office – Ballymount Industrial Estate, Dublin 12 but with the option of hybrid working.
