Project Management Office Administrator
This Project Management Office Administrator will assist our PMO Manager in various tasks, such as Project Cost Control, reporting activities on schedule & overall project progress.
Job Description
The successful candidate for this role will join our team on the south side of Dublin. The role is to efficiently help the PMO Manager in everyday tasks, such as Project Cost Control, reporting activities on schedule & overall project progress. It requires diligence, attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. This role offers excellent opportunities to expand on Project Administration and Project Management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks.
- Project Cost Control, ensuring projects stay within budgets.
- Create and update reports on project status.
- Create and log Change Control Documents.
- Provide reports on KPIs and other indicators for project success.
- Ensure all information and documentation is processed, maintained, monitored, and filed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working in a project administration role.
- A construction/engineering background is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time-management, prioritisation, and organisation skills.
- The ability to work on your own initiative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong record-keeping skills.
Training & Personal Growth
- Company Sponsorship of relevant training (all business/company relevant courses in a related discipline are encouraged).
- GAMP & GDP (Good Documentation Practice) training will be provided.
- Project Control Documentation training will be provided.
- Manual Handling, Health & Safety Training.
