IBM Ireland:
HVAC and BMS Maintenance

Sirus has been the service provider for BMS & various Mechanical Systems in IBM in Dublin & Cork since 2008. We have also been involved in the continuous upgrade of the systems.

We provide 24-hour emergency call out service on top of the annual planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of the extensive BMS system.

The various sites all have their challenges, due to the nature and importance of their role in the IBM organisation. The buildings range from office environments, manufacturing and data centres.

Sirus also carry out turnkey projects in each of the buildings. We have worked alongside the designers and building managers to deliver a quality product across the various services we offer.
