Trinity College Dublin: Campus HVAC maintenance
Trinity College Dublin (TCD) is recognised internationally as Ireland’s premier university and is ranked 14th position in the top 200 European universities by the QS World University Rankings.
TCD campus is located in Dublin City Centre, occupies some 51 acres (including the Trinity Technology and Enterprise Campus).
The buildings, in excess of 220,000 m2, are spread over a number of sites in the Dublin area and include historic architecture and state-of-the-art modern facilities.
The Solution
Sirus is the current HVAC Maintenance provider for the TCD property portfolio servicing:
- Air Handling Units
- Chillers
- Air Conditioning Units
- Ventilation
- Refrigeration
The contract requires full time on site technicians to cater for the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of the plant. These technicians are backed up by our mobile and specialist service teams as required. Sirus also offer a 24hr callout facility for critical plant items.

The Result
Our engineers work closely with the Building Management Team to limit any disruption to the daily function of each of the buildings whilst servicing is being carried out. This campus HVAC maintenance contract is 100% self-delivered by Sirus.
