Senior BMS Project Supervisor
You will lead a team of engineers on both large and small projects, planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting on each project from initial planning right through to completion.
Job Description
As a Senior BMS Project Supervisor with Sirus, you will be based on one of our Life Sciences customer sites in South Dublin. You will lead a team of engineers on both large and small projects, planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting on each project from initial planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of supervision or leadership experience in BMS projects.
- Experience working on Life Sciences BMS projects.
- Familiar with GAMP, GMP and GDP standards.
- Be capable of leading a team with a positive demeanour.
- Managing the team of engineers & technicians that perform QBMS & nQBMS projects. You will need to provide both technical and scheduling support to those engineers.
- Coordinating, planning, and scheduling of all projects effectively. You will have support from the Project Management Office for these tasks.
- Weekly reporting to the clients on progress and all forecasted works.
- Liaison and collaboration with multiple external design team members, consulting engineers and clients.
The Person:
- Strong BMS experience in a senior/supervisory capacity.
- Excellent organisational skills – planning, scheduling, co-ordinating.
- An effective communicator with staff, customers, consultants, contractors, and the wider operations team.
- Able to solve problems analytically and decisively.
- Ability to recognise and celebrate accomplishments with employees.
- Ability to mentor and coach junior engineers.
Training & Personal Growth:
- Initial on-the-job familiarisation with Sirus’s work practices and our project delivery methods (Software Engineering Systems).
- Company Sponsorship of relevant training (all business/company pertinent courses of a related discipline are encouraged).
Reports To:
- Director.
Remuneration & Conditions:
- Competitive salary dependent on experience – paid monthly directly to your bank account.
- Salary will be reviewed after 6 months and again after 12 months.
